1. What CLD is
CLD (Collaborative Learning Development) is an educational platform developed at Navoi State University. It organises collaborative lessons through four author-developed methods, analyses learning activity, and produces academic assessments and reports. By creating an account or using the platform you accept these terms.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are personal. Keep your password private and do not share or lend your account.
- Register with accurate information — your name and academic group are used for real coursework and official reports.
- Teacher accounts are intended for teaching staff; student accounts for enrolled students.
3. Academic integrity
Work you submit must be your own contribution to the group's result. Presenting someone else's work as your own, submitting on another student's behalf, or manipulating the platform's activity tracking (for example, artificial chat activity meant only to inflate analysis scores) violates these terms and your university's academic-integrity rules.
4. Acceptable use
- Group chat and feedback exist for constructive academic communication — no harassment, discrimination, or abusive content.
- Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes someone else's rights.
- Do not attempt to break, probe, or overload the platform, or to access data that is not yours.
5. Assessment
Assessment on CLD combines automated analysis (AA and ColAT) with the teacher's professional judgement, following the platform's special assessment framework. The teacher is always the final authority on grades; automated sub-scores inform their decision. Results shown on the platform may be used in your university's official records (HEMIS reporting).
6. Content and ownership
You keep authorship of the work you create. By submitting it you allow the platform to store, display, and analyse it for teaching and assessment — including showing it to your group where the method requires shared work, and to your teacher. The CLD methodology, its four collaborative methods, and the assessment framework are the intellectual work of their author, Khalilova Nasiba.
7. Availability and changes
The platform is provided as part of the university's educational activity, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the platform develops. These terms may be updated; meaningful changes will be announced on the platform, and continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Violations and contact
Accounts that violate these terms may be restricted or removed, and academic violations may be reported to the university. Questions about these terms: khalilovanasibadjamolovna@gmail.com or xayyomovich@gmail.com.
