How can we help?
Quick guides for teachers and students, answers to common questions, and direct contacts when you need a person.
For Teachers
-
1
Create a course and list the academic groups that may join it.
-
2
Add a lesson — enter the topic, level, and duration; the platform recommends the most suitable collaborative method, which you accept or change.
-
3
Create the task — groups form automatically and every student receives a rotating academic role.
-
4
Monitor the work — phases, group chat, submissions, and risk alerts appear on your dashboard as they happen.
-
5
Assess and report — run AA & ColAT, grade the team criteria, publish scores, and export the HEMIS-format report as Excel, CSV, or PDF.
For Students
-
1
Join your course — sign up with your academic group and the course appears on your dashboard.
-
2
Open the task — see your group, your role for this task, and the method workspace with its phases.
-
3
Work the phases — contribute in the workspace, discuss in the group chat, and submit your result before the deadline.
-
4
Give feedback and reflect — review the peer work assigned to you and write your reflection; the next task stays locked until you do.
-
5
Track your growth — your scores, portfolio, and progress page show every result and how it was calculated.
Common questions
Tasks unlock in sequence: submit your work, give the peer feedback assigned to you, and write your reflection on the previous task. Once all three are done, the next task opens automatically.
The platform rotates the six academic roles (Leader, Researcher, Analyst, Reviewer, Presenter, Reflector) based on your previous work, so everyone develops every skill — you will not repeat a role until you have been through the full cycle.
Each collaborative method has its own colour: purple for CloudConstruct, blue for SyncLoop, green for DualPath, and orange for CrossVision. The workspace interface follows the colour of the method you are working in.
The special assessment framework combines three parts: your individual academic activity (analysed by AA), your team's performance (graded by the teacher), and your collaborative interaction (analysed by ColAT). Open any score to see the full breakdown.
The task stays open — late work is never blocked. Only the on-time part of your score is reduced, and your teacher is notified so they can support you.
